Shaylor Group Plc approached Surely to create a new corporate brochure to showcase their work and staff. They were keen to have a format that stood out and if possible was able to accommodate bespoke case studies or pricing information to. This combined with a need for practicality, not to big or awkward. After a series of discussions and mock ups we arrived at the idea that the document would work at the same size as an iPad, with out suggestion of a branded wrap to hold additional info if required. This, we felt, worked better than a pocket as it could be applied only in instances when it was required. A strong clean style that incorporated the Shaylor brand principles was designed and the logo used as a mask to reveal fragments of portfolio images used across the front and back cover.
68 page, 185mm x 240mm, perfect bound book, with matt laminate cover with spot UV detailing plus digitally printed wrap with adhesive fixing.
"Working with Surely on a new corporate brochure was a really straightforward and enjoyable experience. They took the time to familiarise themselves with our branding and really listened to my ideas which resulted in us reaching a perfect end product quickly. Having worked with many designers over the years, I could tell Surely still have a genuine passion for what they do.
Rather than just deliver what was outlined, Surely conceived and presented alternative designs based on their creative approach to the project. It was this enthusiasm that meant I ended up with a brochure far superior to anything I could have conceived of myself, and which has been applauded at all levels of our organisation. I have already recommended Surely to a number of my contacts and will definitely be using them again for our own company needs."
